A fall inspired non-alcoholic apple rum drink that is filled with warm and cozy flavors.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz ISH's Non-Alcoholic Spiced Rum (from The Zero Proof)
  • 2 oz spiced apple simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 3 oz. Unfiltered apple juice
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon stick and apple slices to garnish (optional)

Spiced Apple Simple Syrup:

  • 3/4 C. Unfiltered apple juice
  • 1/4 C. Honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 inch ginger (fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • To make the apple spiced simple syrup, add all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool and remove the cinnamon sticks and ginger. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. The simple syrup makes about 3 drinks.
  • To make the apple spiced cider with non-alcoholic rum, add the Caribbean Spiced Spirit, apple juice, and spiced apple simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Pour into a 12-ounce cup filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices if desired. Cheers!
