Baked Oatmeal Cups with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
 

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut butter
  • 3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Add in the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Stir everything together until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the oat mixture evenly into the 12 prepared muffin tins.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cups are set and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before enjoying.
