1small knob of Gingergrated or finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp. Ground ginger)
1/2tsp.Cinnamon
1frozen banana
3/4C.Blueberriesif using froze, increase almond milk to 3/4 C
1/2C.Almond milk
1C.Ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. If desired, you can use the back of a spoon to smear yogurt on inside of a 16 oz glass cup. Pour the smoothie into the cup and enjoy!
