Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie packed with blueberries, ginger, and greek yogurt.
Prep: 8 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 1 small knob of Ginger (grated or finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp. Ground ginger))
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 C. Blueberries (if using froze, increase almond milk to 3/4 C)
  • 1/2 C. Almond milk
  • 1 C. Ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. If desired, you can use the back of a spoon to smear yogurt on inside of a 16 oz glass cup. Pour the smoothie into the cup and enjoy!
