Cherry Toast with Pistachios and Chocolate

A sourdough toast loaded with fresh cherries, pistachios, chocolate chips and chocolate greek yogurt. A simple and easy summer toast that takes only a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
 

  • Sourdough bread (toasted)
  • Cherries (pitted and cut in half)
  • Pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder together until fully combined. Spread the Greek yogurt on the toasted sourdough bread. Top with desired about of sliced cherries, pistachios, and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
