Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Grease or line with parchment paper a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, salt and baking soda. Whisk together and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ripe bananas. Mash completely. Add the eggs, sugars, sour cream, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold into the batter.
To make the crumble topping, combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Stir. Pour over the the melted butter and stir until fully mixed.
Add the banana bread batter to the loaf pan. Evenly spread the crumble mixture over the banana bread. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the batter is fully set and a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread. Let the bread cool slightly before enjoying!
