Cinnamon-Pear Non-alcoholic Mimosa

This lightly sweetened and bubbly mimosa is made with fresh pears, cinnamon sticks and alcohol removed sparkling wine. Perfect drink for celebrating or just because!

  • Makes 6-8 glasses
  • Add the diced pears to a blender or food processor and blend into a purée. Add the blended purée to a medium saucepan. Stir in the water and honey. Add in the cinnamon sticks. Turn on high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool. Strain through a mesh strainer, and discard the cinnamon sticks. Place in the fridge until ready to make the mimosas.
