To make the Basil whipped goat cheese, place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust honey and basil if needed.
To make the stuffed figs, cut the steam off the figs. The on the top of each fig, cut a cross, cutting about halfway through the fig.
Place a large spoonful of the basil whipped goat cheese into the middle of the fig by gently opening the fig.
Sprinkle some pistachios and then drizzle with hot honey. Enjoy!
