Roasted Strawberry Yogurt Toast
Honey roasted strawberries topped onto greek yogurt on crispy sourdough bread.
Ingredients
- 1 C. Strawberries sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 slice sour dough bread toasted
- Plain Greek yogurt
- 2-3 Fresh basil leaves sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Place sliced strawberries into a oven safe baking dish. Stir in honey and vanilla extract. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the strawberries are soft. Remove from oven and let slightly cool.
- To assemble the toast, add a generous layer of greek yogurt. Top with roasted strawberries. Sprinkle on sliced basil. Add a drizzle of honey to adjust sweetness. Enjoy!
