Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, ad salt. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, apple sauce, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract together. Mix until well combined. Fold in the grated apples. Stir in the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
