- Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir together until just combined. Set the batter aside and let it rest while you make the oat topping. If possible, allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
- To make the oat topping, add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and pinch of salt to a medium bowl. Whisk together. Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir.
- Pour the the oatmeal batter in the greased or parchment line baking pan. Evenly sprinkle the oat topping over the batter. Bake for 33-38 minutes or until the batter is fully set. Remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying.
